About the film
Paper Man is a sci-fi short by Brazilian creator Marcelo Presotto (credited as Mr. Press), finished in 2026 and running about two minutes, hosted on caisroom, CloudWalk's curated platform for AI cinema. It's set in a future that has erased every form of human communication, where a generation grows up silent, controlled and cut off from its history. Among ruins, a group of kids discover fragments of ancient ways of communicating that connect them with heroes of the past; following those voices, they realize the point is to become those heroes as well as remember them. The synopsis closes by saying resistance to a world built on erased memory can start with a sheet of paper. The screening page lists Midjourney, Kling AI, Nano Banana, SUNO AI, Freepik and Eleven Labs.
