What it can do

These are the Halloween anime MV storyboard prompts the Japanese creator Mariya published on note, starring two original characters she designed herself. She wrote two versions of the same opening: a 6-second one for Wan 3.0 and a 10-second one for Seedance 2.0. Each sets out the action, expressions, camera and background beat by beat, and repeatedly tells the model not to change the faces, proportions or art style from the character sheet. What sets it apart is the approach to character consistency: treat the character sheet as the single reference, then pin down face shape, head-to-body ratio and art style with short, specific lines, an approach that carries over to AI animated series. Put in your own original character sheet, change the length, aspect ratio, lyric timing, actions and camera path to fit your storyboard, then give it to a video model that accepts reference images.

Who it is for

Before you use it

The original is in Japanese. The author used Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.0, both through the Pollo AI platform, and the article includes Pollo AI promotion. Upload only original character art you have the right to use, not other people's characters or photos of real people. Video generation services are usually paid; check each platform. The author has not stated a reuse licence, so we show a three-line excerpt; see the author's article for both full storyboards.

Follow the stated license. Do not use the output to replicate someone else’s work or a real person’s likeness.
