Zhifou Oracle

Zhifou Oracle is an Agent Skill by GitHub user moka992, built on the offline reading foundations of the same author's Android app, Zhifou Fortune; this repo is the standalone skill. It offers three kinds of reading: a three-coin I Ching cast, the 78-card Rider-Waite-Smith tarot, and 100 original reflection cards. Local code does the cast or the draw and pulls up the matching hexagram, line texts, or card meanings, and the AI connects them to your question. The key design choice is that the AI never invents the result: the code fixes the hexagram or cards first, and the AI only interprets them. The author also says the aim is better-grounded interpretation, not a claim that divination predicts outcomes. It works with Codex and Claude Code.

Before you start: You need Python 3.10 or later. The repo's install_skill.py installs the skill into a project folder you choose and won't overwrite an existing folder of the same name. No API key or server is needed, and you don't have to give a real birthday, location, or question. The scripts don't go online or store readings, but your question and the reading stay in your AI service's conversation. The author says it won't predict death, diagnose illness, or guarantee wealth. The code is MIT licensed, the I Ching text data is CC BY-SA 4.0, and the tarot card images have their own source notes. AI Inspiration World does not recommend using it for health, medical, or investment decisions.
