What it is
x-skills is a set of four Skills by GitHub user kangarooking: x-collect runs several rounds of web search for material, x-filter scores and filters topics by weight, x-create writes several versions of a post from your account profile and grades them, and x-publish uses the browser to save the result to the drafts in your X account. The instructions say x-publish never auto-publishes and only saves drafts, so posting stays your call. It also remembers the topics you liked and rejected and uses them next time.
Who it's for:People who write on X often and want AI to handle the stretch from finding material to a ready draft; non-coders will need some patience with the setup.
Before you start: You need an AI coding tool that runs Skills (such as Claude Code), Playwright MCP and Python, and you must already be signed in to X in the browser. Note the risks: it operates your signed-in X account and writes drafts into it; "never auto-publish" is a written rule, with no hard block in the code, so check each draft yourself before posting. It also writes to your system clipboard and saves topic history on your computer. Licensed under Apache-2.0.
