workflow-visualizer is an Agent Skill by jimku233 (on Bilibili as @jimi绝不吐槽), and the repo's root folder is the Skill itself. Give the AI your process documents, a spoken walkthrough or logs, and it writes them up as a flow spec. Node then renders that on your machine as interactive HTML and exports SVG, PNG and Mermaid source, with portrait and landscape versions from the same spec. The author says rendering is fully offline, with no CDN and no telemetry. You can also render straight from the command line without any AI.

Before you start: Clone it somewhere your agent looks for Skills, such as DSH or Claude Code. The README lists DSH, Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor and VSCode Copilot; chat tools that can't run code can only help you write the spec. You need Node.js 18 or later, with no third-party dependencies. Re-rendering overwrites the earlier output. The optional serve.mjs opens a chosen output folder to devices on the same local network, and the HTML includes owners and notes, so sharing a page shares that information too.
