What it is
tstack, published by GitHub user t3dotgg, is a personal development workflow that the author says works in Claude Code and Codex. It covers planning, coding, opening PRs and merging. There are two main modes: full-send can commit and merge all the way through with no one watching; full-stop stops at a PR ready for a person to merge. The two behave very differently, so choose before you start.
Who it's for:Developers who want AI to carry a feature through a fixed process all the way to a PR. Readers who don't write code won't need it.
Before you start: Copy the skills folder into your tool; you need the GitHub CLI logged in. Documentation is mainly in English. Skills like full-send, file-pr and leaving-pr-comments push code, open PRs, post comments and can merge directly, sending your code to GitHub. If you want to stay in control, use full-stop.
