What it is
Seedance Skill OS is an open-source agent Skill by Emily (@iamemily2050). The README says it plans shots, binds reference material and continues from a clip you've already accepted, while your chosen video provider handles generation and charges for it. A root Skill calls on 28 sub-Skills as needed, covering ideas, storyboards, reference images, video prompts and revisions. It keeps preparing prompts separate from paid generation, and the README states that preparing a prompt does not authorise paid generation. The pages come in English and Chinese, plus Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Russian.
Who it's for:Creators working on storyboards and AI video who need shots to stay consistent and revise often.
Before you start: The Skill is free under the MIT licence. Its install script copies files into each agent's Skill folder. Generating video needs your own account and API with a video provider, billed at their prices, and some steps go online. It has a pre-submission moderation step whose notes say it refuses prohibited content and won't use misspellings or language switches to get past moderation; yet an example in the same notes rewrites a description of an injured teenage boy into a version that drops the age and the injury but keeps the threat. We don't recommend rewriting sensitive content this way to get it through moderation.
