ResumeSkills is put together by GitHub user Paramchoudhary. The README describes it as a collection of AI agent skills focused on resume optimization, job applications and career development. The skills folder holds 22 modules, while the README's install notes still say 20. It supports Claude Code and also lists skill folders for tools such as Cursor and Gemini; once installed, you call the module you need in chat. Working from your CV and a job description, the AI rewrites your resume, drafts cover letters and cold emails, prepares answers for application forms, builds STAR interview questions, compares offers and helps you prepare for salary talks. Emails and form answers come out as plain text, and you copy, paste and send them yourself. Before you start: The README recommends installing with npx skills add Paramchoudhary/ResumeSkills -g -y. This runs an outside skills CLI that writes to your user-level skill folder; project-level install and manual copying also work. Your CV, job descriptions, salary details and experience go to the AI model you use. AI Inspiration World does not recommend the resume-quantifier module. It requires a number on every bullet, and its own example turns "retained most" into "95% retention rate." In plain terms, if you give it a vague answer, it fills in a specific percentage for you. The resume-bullet-writer module also suggests conservative estimates when numbers are missing, so check every figure before you send anything.
