What it is
resume-jd-optimizer-cn is a Chinese-language AI Skill by coinluu. Its install guide describes it as a package made of a main workflow, stage prompts, reference material, scoring rules, output templates and tests. You paste in a job description and your own materials. It maps each requirement to evidence from your experience, asks about anything unclear, then produces a resume, an ATS version (for the applicant tracking systems employers use to screen resumes), an HR summary, a draft opening message for BOSS Zhipin, likely interview questions and a truthfulness review. SKILL.md says only facts you have confirmed go into the final resume; the model's guesses and unconfirmed items stay out. If the user asks it to fake something, it stops scoring, rewriting, the ATS version and the final report. The opening message and headhunter intro are plain text that you send yourself. The content mainly targets jobs in mainland China.
Who it's for:People applying for jobs in China who want to check each job description closely against their own experience before revising a resume.
Before you start: Clone or copy it into the Skills folder of Codex or a similar tool, or upload the instructions and materials to a private ChatGPT Project. There is no install script and no npm or pip package to install. It works with Codex, ChatGPT Projects, custom GPTs, Cursor, Claude and other agents. The content is mostly Chinese, with an English README. Your resume and job description go to whichever AI platform you use. The docs suggest removing phone numbers, ID numbers, home addresses and client information first, and warn against putting a real resume into a public GPT as a fixed knowledge file. The Skill is free; your AI platform may charge, and file upload depends on your account. MIT license.
