What it is
Recursive Maths Animator is an explainer-animation Skill by GitHub user Science-Prof-Robot. The repo holds a math part (recursive-math-animator) and a physics part (recursive-physics-animator), listed here as one set. The agent follows SKILL.md to build scenes with the Manim animation library and render an explainer video.
It checks its own work. The README's workflow is to render a low-quality pass first, pull verification frames, fix every overlap and clipping issue, then render the final MP4.
Who it's for:Teachers and creators making math or physics explainer videos.
Before you start: After loading the Skill folder you need Python, Manim, ffmpeg and ffprobe; manim-voiceover is optional for narration. It reads your topic and Python config and writes videos and check frames on your machine. The optional Gemini text-to-speech calls an outside model and may cost money. The publishing module mentioned in the docs isn't included in the repo, so nothing uploads by default. It works with Codex and Claude Code; the docs don't fully list system requirements. MIT license. English only.
