What it is
prompt-master is a prompt Skill by Nidhin Joseph Nelson (nidhinjs). Tell it which AI tool you're using and what you want done; it fills in the missing context, then writes the prompt, with context and memory templates when needed. It runs inside Claude.ai or Claude Code, and the prompts it writes can go to other AI tools. It only writes the prompts. It does not operate those tools for you.

Before you start: Add it to Claude.ai as the author describes, or clone it into ~/.claude/skills/prompt-master. You need the matching access to Claude.ai or Claude Code; see the official site for pricing. Docs are mainly in English. License: MIT.
