What it is
Personal Corp OS is a set of open Skills by Ris (GitHub: serejaris), made, in the author's words, for Claude Code and Codex. It organizes your work as a one-person company, with templates for headquarters and departments, tasks, weekly plans and reviews: about 30 everyday Skills plus archived and experimental modules. You can simply say "Use Personal Corp skills to plan my week." Work is split along company departments, so each kind of task runs through its own department's routine. Some Skills can open and comment on GitHub issues, and with your explicit approval send Telegram test messages.
Who it's for:Solo founders and indie developers juggling several lines of work who already use Claude Code or Codex. You'll need to be comfortable installing plugins from the command line.
Before you start: In Claude Code, install with claude plugin marketplace add serejaris/personal-corp-os and then claude plugin install personal-corp-os@personal-corp-os; the README also covers Codex. A manual copy can merge into existing folders with the same name. claude-sessions-sync copies session history both ways between accounts and hands that history to whichever model account is signed in. gh-issues and manager send task content to GitHub, and tg-bot-ops sends messages to Telegram. The experimental daily-retro module includes an example system schedule that runs every night at 21:30, and it-ram-doctor checks and ends processes on your computer; we don't recommend installing those two experimental modules as they are. Docs are in English and Russian. The code is MIT; costs for models and services such as GitHub and Telegram aren't stated.
