What it is
offer-toolkit-skill was made by Dreameryanyan (GitHub user yanliudesign). The README describes it as six job-hunting tools in one skill pack: job search, job description analysis, resume, behavioral questions (BQ), offer comparison and salary negotiation. It works in Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and other tools that read SKILL.md files; the README comes in Chinese and English, and the core instructions are in Chinese. Job search reads only public listings and search results. When it hits a login wall or a rate limit, it switches to public company career pages or hands you the link. The resume tool lays out your CV with HTML templates that you print to PDF from the browser; unknown details stay marked [待确认] (to be confirmed), and it asks you for numbers it doesn't have. The BQ tool helps you prepare STAR stories and run mock interviews ahead of time, and the negotiation emails and LinkedIn messages are drafts that you send yourself. It states that it will not click Apply, fill in forms, or touch your passwords, verification codes, cookies or session tokens.
Who it's for:Job seekers who want one AI assistant to help prepare everything from job search to salary talks. Chinese readers will find the instructions easier to follow.
Before you start: Download the whole repo with git clone, or copy only the sub-skills you need. It contains Markdown instructions and HTML templates, with no install script or dependencies. Your CV, stories and salary details go to the AI model you use, and files are written to your current workspace or a folder you choose. LinkedIn import reads your profile once with WebFetch; if that fails, it asks you to export a PDF or paste the text yourself. We have not checked whether each HTML template loads outside fonts. The project is free, with no sign-up to the author's service and no API key; AI tool accounts and usage are separate. MIT license.
