What it is
This is a Chinese-language job-search Agent Skill by dominciyue. The repo is called resume_skill and the Skill inside it is offer-helper. The README says it suits campus recruiting seasons, internships and job changes, and that it works with Claude Code, Claude.ai, Cursor and Codex. It runs in three steps: first it turns your real experience into an experience library, then it generates a tailored HTML resume for a job description, and finally it runs a four-part mock interview. It can read your GitHub or personal website as evidence of your work, and asks you to paste text for anything private it cannot reach. SKILL.md requires every line in the resume and interview answer suggestions to trace back to the experience library. It does not invent numbers, rankings, titles, technologies or projects, and it does not credit team results to you alone; even your own estimates need your confirmation. When you say "help me apply," it prepares the resume materials for that job, and you submit the application yourself.
Who it's for:Students and job changers who want AI help with their resume but worry it will make things up.
Before you start: Install it from the Claude plugin marketplace, or copy it into your AI tool's Skills folder. The repo contains instruction files and an HTML template, with no separate installer. In tools that can write files, the experience library is saved locally at ~/offer-helper-data/profile.md; in environments like Claude.ai that cannot write files, you need to save the output text yourself. For PDF export you can use a browser you already have, or wkhtmltopdf. The README says nothing is uploaded or sent out. Our check could only confirm that the repo has no code sending your data to the author's server; your experience and resume still go to whichever AI model you use. It defaults to Chinese and can write in English on request. The README says it is free; your AI tool's account and subscription costs are separate. The README and plugin metadata say MIT, but the repo has no LICENSE file, so the full license text is not available.
