What it is

Motion Prompt is a Skill by Shohei Ohtaki, described by the author as a library of names for the things people ask an AI to make. It turns camera moves, UI motion and photography terms into animation examples you can actually watch. Pick the effect you want in the web gallery, add a note, press Send to AI, and the Skill turns it into a reusable animation spec for Claude Code or Codex to build. What sets it apart is that when you don't know what an animation is called, you can look first and pick, without hunting for the right term.

Who it's for:people who use AI to build web pages or videos but struggle to describe the motion they want.

Before you start: it needs Node 18 or newer, installs with npx skills, or you can copy the folder directly. Its command-line tool downloads example files from the official catalogue and caches them locally; while you pick, it briefly opens a local-only port on 127.0.0.1 to receive your choice and notes, and it doesn't upload your whole project. Your AI tool still processes whatever you give it. It is MIT-licensed; keep the attribution line when using the code, and see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES in the repo for third-party notices.

Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
