What it is
Marketing Skills is a public collection of marketing skills from Corey Haines on GitHub. The README calls it "a collection of AI agent skills focused on marketing tasks." The repo holds 52 skills split by task, such as A/B testing, ad creative, AI SEO, analytics, churn prevention and cold email. Once it's installed in a tool that supports Agent Skills, like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Windsurf, you describe a marketing job and the assistant calls the matching skill to write copy, do research or draft a plan. What sets it apart is its range: one repo covers positioning, copy, SEO and growth experiments, organised by the stages of marketing work.
Who it's for:Solo founders and small teams who promote products or write marketing copy. People already using Claude Code or Codex will get going fastest.
Before you start: You need an AI tool that supports Agent Skills, then install from the README. The docs are in English. Some skills connect to your marketing accounts or send cold email, run ads, schedule social posts and track data. AI Inspiration World does not recommend using those directly: they act through your accounts, sending things out and spending ad budget for you. Start with the copy, positioning, research and strategy skills, and test with material that holds no personal data. The code is free under the MIT license; the model and tools you use may cost extra.
Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
