What it is
Hell Grind AIGC Skill is a skill by renmu2017. The README says it turns ideas into executable prompts and links shots into trackable works, for AI image and video creation, model-agnostic, from a single concept image to a multi-shot story. The work splits into three lines: prompt writing, production management and failure diagnosis. For prompts, you first shape a model-agnostic master prompt, then fill in a separate platform adaptation layer, so approved ideas and constraints survive a change of tool; when polishing, it locks the number of people, character identities, duration, verbatim lines and forbidden items, and says what it changed. For a full project, 14 project tables track assets, reference scope, shots, prompt versions, generation batches and selection decisions. When something fails, six failure categories point to the responsible layer and record which variables changed and how to retest. What sets it apart is the split between creative intent and model parameters, plus three tiers, lite, standard and director, so a single prompt doesn't require setting up a whole project.
Who it's for:Creators making shorts, concept art or multi-shot stories with AI who want their prompts and process under control. No coding needed, but you do need an AI assistant that can read files.
Before you start: It ships as Markdown, templates and local scripts in the Agent Skills layout; tools that support the format can load the whole skill folder, and other file-reading assistants can use it from the entry file. The README says to copy the entire folder, not just the entry file. The local scripts need Python 3.10 or newer with no third-party packages; prompt writing alone needs no shell and no generation API. Docs are in Simplified Chinese and English. Image and video generation use your own tools at their own prices. The code is free under the MIT license.
