What it is
handraw-style is a Skill from the GitHub user yang0, titled Hand-drawn Style & Layout Prompter. It numbers everything: 331 hand-drawn styles, 165 layouts (social cards, infographics, comic panels, character design and e-commerce shots) and 36 single theme colors. Pick a style number, a layout number and a theme color, name your subject, and it writes a bilingual Chinese and English image prompt to paste into Midjourney, Flux or another image tool; or just name the subject and let it recommend a style and color with its reasons. It can also write poster prompts, or read an article or a video's subtitles, pull out a summary and audience, and design a cover. Its SKILL.md says it writes prompts only by default and won't call an image generator unless you clearly ask.
Who it's for:creators making Xiaohongshu posts, article covers, explainer graphics and comic strips who can't quite put the style they want into words.
Before you start: send the repository link to Codex to install it. The core style, layout and color prompts need nothing else to run and no web scraping. That core is what we recommend. The repository also has add-ons for video production, Volcengine cloud voice-over, importing styles from X and photo-shoot planning; they need Python, FFmpeg, Node.js or the CapCut desktop app, send your text, voice, photos or web content to outside services, and the cloud voice needs your own account and may cost money, so we don't recommend starting with them. If you prompt for famous art styles, well-known characters or other people's photos, the code license doesn't cover copyright or likeness rights; that's on you to check. It's MIT licensed, free to use, modify and sell, with one request: keep the author yang0 and the original repository link.
