What it is
Elaya AI Design Skills is an open-source collection of design Skills by Elaya. The README says it's for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf and any other AI coding tool that reads a Markdown rules file. There are two Skills so far: landing-page-design covers the structure and visual rules of a landing page, and design-to-motion turns a static design into an animated showcase that can be exported as MP4 or GIF. Some of the rules are adapted from other MIT-licensed projects, which the README credits. The same author has a separate redesign-skill for reworking existing websites; it lives in another repo and isn't part of this entry. The docs are in English.
Who it's for:Developers and designers who build websites with AI coding tools and want more care in page structure and motion.
Before you start: The rule files are free and public under the MIT licence, with no sign-up. Installing means copying the rule files to your computer; your AI agent then reads your project and creates or edits the site, and your project content is sent according to the rules of the agent and model you use. The agent and model have their own costs. We haven't run its rendering.
Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
