What it is

delegate-skills is a delegation Skill set by Ahmed Mohammed (amElnagdy), with around 20 SKILL.md files. Run delegate-setup first: it finds the coding CLIs you already have installed and signed in, and confirms a roster. Then, from Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, you can have one of those CLIs do a specific job, such as the author's example of having Codex refactor a folder. What makes it different is the split between who writes the code and who decides: reviewing the diff, verifying and committing stay with you.

Who it's for:Developers who use several coding agents and want them to share the work. Not useful if you don't write code.

Before you start: Install with npx skills add amElnagdy/delegate-skills. The CLIs you delegate to must already be installed and signed in. Your task and code go to that CLI's model, billed by that service. Each implementer has different permissions, so check how Aider commits when you delegate to it. The optional background runner backs up and then edits config.toml under CODEX_HOME and the local MCP registry. License: MIT.
