What it is
Dashi PPT Skill is an open-source agent Skill for making slide decks, by chuspeeism. The README pitches it as a slide Skill built for working professionals: hand a document to your AI agent, every page it makes comes with its own editing console, you fix anything you don't like right in the browser, and then export it in one click as a real, editable PPTX. The author says it includes 12 themes, 1,020 layouts and 8,576 controls; these figures are the author's own. Its focus is that you can still revise each page by hand after it's generated. The README is in Chinese and English, and it handles Chinese content.
Who it's for:People who put together work reports, research analyses and training material.
Before you start: You need Node.js 20 or later, npm, and Chrome for exporting; there's no separate account, and your AI agent has its own costs. It installs and updates through npx, which also installs dependencies. The local preview is reachable from other devices on the same network by default, while the export endpoint is limited to your own computer, and it quietly checks for a newer version after each task. The README's "zero upload" refers to the toolchain working locally; whatever you give your AI agent still travels under that model's rules. The main repo is under AGPL-3.0. The html-deck-to-pptx export component has a proprietary licence: it may only be used as part of this Skill, not extracted, copied or redistributed on its own. The MIT licence on older versions doesn't cover the current component.
