What it is
Chwezi SDLC Documentation is a set of software lifecycle documentation Skills by Peter Bamuhigire; the README says each Skill tells a coding agent how to write one document. There are 159 of them across nine stages, from the PRD (product requirements document) through design, testing and operations to governance evidence packs. A Python validation core checks the documents, and they can be built into docx. Documents live in a project workspace with a shared registry and acceptance records. The site lists the whole repo as one entry.
Who it's for:Tech leads and development teams who need a full document set for a software project. Readers who don't write code won't get much from it.
Before you start: After cloning, you need Python 3.11 or later plus dependencies. It installs as a Claude Code or Codex plugin, or through a Node installer, and building documents also needs Pandoc, Node and a local browser. It reads the project material you allow and writes documents and evidence packs on your machine. The install script defaults to ~/.claude and copies Skills, agents, commands, hooks and rules, which can overwrite files at the same paths. It also registers three hooks that run scripts automatically before Bash commands, when a session ends and when one starts. If you use these features, weigh the safety risks yourself.
