What it is
This Skill is by XavierLin19. The README says it gives Agent Skills-compatible AI assistants one entry point for two kinds of Chinese filings: invention patents and software copyright registrations. It first reads your real source code, papers, experiment records and logs to build an evidence log of sources, facts and open questions, then drafts the patent and the software copyright application on separate tracks, and finishes with a quality check. It requires leaving your original files untouched and exports copies. It doesn't replace the judgment of a patent agent, lawyer or the registration office.
Who it's for:Developers, researchers and small teams who plan to file a patent or software copyright and want their material sorted first.
Before you start: Clone it with Git, or copy a release package into your Skill folder. Loading the docs needs no fixed Python, Conda or Office setup; reading and exporting depend on what your AI tool can do. It supports Codex, Claude Code and other Agent Skills assistants. It reads source code, papers, PDFs, Office files and ownership details. The Skill says it won't upload private project material without permission and won't put credentials or sensitive personal data in the log; how your AI service handles data is governed by that service's own rules. Mostly in Chinese, with an English overview in the README. MIT license.
Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
