What it is
ccpm is a project management Skill published by automazeio, with the license credited to Ran Aroussi. It starts by clarifying requirements, writes a PRD, breaks it into epics and tasks, and then runs several agents in parallel. Tasks can stay local or sync to GitHub Issues. It runs AI development from specs, with a document behind every step. Supported hosts include Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Factory, Amp and Cursor.
Who it's for:Teams who want AI to build projects from specs, task by task. Not useful if you don't write code.
Before you start: Clone the repo and install it into your agent's Skill folder as the README describes. In GitHub remote mode it creates and updates issues and sub-tasks in your repo and writes requirements and progress to GitHub; choose local mode to keep everything on your machine. Model costs follow your host. Docs are mainly in English. License: MIT.
Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
