What it is
brooks-lint is a code review Skill by hyhmrright. Start a review or architecture audit from entry points like brooks-review, and it lists issues with the book each one comes from, what it will cause and how to fix it. Every comment traces back to a specific book, so the review has something to stand on. It supports Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, Windsurf, OpenCode, Kiro and more.
Who it's for:Developers and tech leads who want AI reviews that explain their reasoning. Not useful if you don't write code.
Before you start: Install from a plugin marketplace or with the npx installer. The README also offers a cross-platform install that pipes a curl download straight into bash; we don't recommend it, so use the marketplace or npx. It installs a session-start hook that runs its short commands automatically when a session begins. Model costs follow your host. Docs are mainly in English. License: MIT.
