What it is
This is an open-source startup skill pack by 华夏路菜菜子 (Rui Huang) that bundles seven skills you could also install separately: MVP validation, business plan, policy navigator, pitch coach, growth playbook, pricing and sales, and registration and compliance, plus an entry skill. Tell it what you're building and how far along you are, and the entry skill works out which stage you're at and calls the matching skill; each step's results feed the next, so validation evidence goes into the business plan and then into policy applications and pitches. The README is in Chinese and English and lists Codex, Claude Code, Cursor and other hosts that can load Agent Skills.
Who it's for:Solo founders and early teams building AI tools, apps or agents in mainland China. The author says the validation, business plan, pitch and pricing material works elsewhere too, while the policy, registration and platform growth parts mainly target mainland China.
Before you start: You install it by copying the skills into your tool's skill folder, such as ~/.claude/skills. Your project and startup details go to the AI service you use. The repo's scripts/sync.sh pulls the latest version of the seven standalone repos and then deletes and replaces the matching local folders; we don't recommend running it directly, because it wipes any local changes and pulls in updates nobody has reviewed. Treat the policy, tax and registration content as reference only, not professional advice, and follow the latest official rules. The repo is under the MIT licence.
Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
