What it is
ACCESSIBILITY.md is a pair of Agent Skills from Casey Kreer (GitHub user KreerC). The README says they're for AI agents, so the codebases they build are accessible. One is an accessibility development guide and the other an accessibility testing guide. Together they cover semantic HTML, keyboard use, color contrast, ARIA, and both automated and manual checks. The testing Skill can also draft an accessibility statement and a complaint email, but only as drafts; it doesn't send anything. The docs mention how EU rules and the BFSG apply; that's the author's reading, and the site hasn't verified it.
Who it's for:Developers building websites and apps who want AI-written code to work for people with disabilities. Readers who don't write code won't get much from it.
Before you start: The README asks Agent Skills-compatible assistants to install the repo globally and gives Claude Code, Codex and Opencode as examples, without one install command for every client. For testing you can pair it with Pa11y, axe or Playwright. It reads the code, page structure, screenshots and test results you allow. The docs are in English. MIT license.
Based on the project's public documentation. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
