ASSASSIN

信 (English title ASSASSIN) is a period wuxia short by Zhang Bocheng and Li Bixian with 青山影灵画 and 灵湘工坊, running 12 minutes 49 seconds. Posting it on Bilibili, the makers wrote that AI can make a live-action wuxia film too, and that it was 100% AI-generated. An official speaker profile for an academic conference calls it an award-winning work from the Kling AI NEXTGEN global creative competition, without naming the specific award. The makers haven't published a detailed synopsis, and the AI tools used aren't stated.

Who it's for:fans of period martial-arts action who want to see how close AI can get to the feel of live action.

Before you watch: the full film is on the makers' Bilibili channel. The opening shows text in both Chinese and English; the spoken language and subtitle coverage for the whole film aren't stated. We haven't watched the whole film.
