About the film
The Inverted Campus is a sci-fi mystery set at a school, on Hongguo, a Chinese short-drama platform, with 11 episodes. The official synopsis says three students fall into a space that closely mirrors the real world. The dorms, classroom buildings and sports field are laid out exactly like their campus, signs and all, but the sun never rises there and it is always night. With few episodes and long ones, about 17 minutes for the first, it plays more like a short film in parts. Hongguo lists it in its AI drama category, which is the official AI label. The pages don't name a producer.
Who it's for:viewers who like campus ghost stories and mysteries and want something they can finish quickly.
Before you watch: the page tags it as horror, so take note if you scare easily. Hongguo's website plays the first few episodes, and the page says you can watch every episode free in the Hongguo app; it doesn't explain how. The pages don't list the dialogue language or subtitles.
Based on Hongguo's official series page and category page. AI Inspiration World has not watched it.
