What it can do
This is a full set of English prompts that product manager Dean Peters keeps on GitHub. The README headline says 119 assets and the catalog lists 115, grouped by job: producing a document, thinking a problem through, competitive and market research, and loops and scheduled runs. The PRD template, for example, opens with when to use it, when not to and what material to have ready, asks at most three questions if something is missing, and labels gaps as an Assumption or an Open Question instead of inventing data. The author says they work by copy and paste in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, with nothing to install. Pick the prompt that matches your task and paste it in along with your interview notes or meeting records.
Who it is for
Product managers, product owners and early teams who write their own requirement documents.
Before you use it
The prompts are in English. Interviews, discussions and data you paste in go to the AI service you use, so leave out confidential material and customers' personal details. The repo also has competitive-watch and loop prompts designed to run unattended on a schedule; we don't recommend letting them run automatically without a person checking, since they gather and summarise information on their own at set times. The repo is under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0: you can share and adapt it non-commercially with credit, under the same licence. Commercial use needs the author's written permission.
