What it is
Water Ring Toss is a small browser game by Franky Hung that recreates the red handheld water ring toss toy many people had as kids. Press the pump buttons to push the rings in the water up onto the pegs, and drag to change the view. The author says on X that he built it with Opus 5 and mostly Grok 4.6. The repository is more specific: the game is built with three.js, he made the 3D models and textures himself in Blender, and most of the code was written by Opus 5 or Grok 4.6. The official three.js account (@threejs) recommended the game in a post on X. What sets it apart is that it brings a physical old toy into the browser as it was.
Who it's for: Anyone who had one of these toys and wants that feeling back.
Before you start: It opens in the browser with no sign-in, and the instructions are in English; mobile support isn't stated. We didn't find a mute switch on the page. The code repository is under the MIT licence.
Based on the game page, the project's public documentation, the author's posts on X and the official three.js account's post. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
