What it is
The Inventor is a browser game Dominik Scholz made for the Ludum Dare 60 game jam. You ride a unicycle around the map with WASD or the arrow keys and drift with Space or Shift, leaving a golden trail behind you. Close the trail into a loop and the enemies inside, the Yesterdays, are wiped out, wave by wave. The author says on X that he used Opus and Astra as coding agents through T3 Code, and the Ludum Dare entry page lists Three.js (WebGPU) as the rendering engine. The official three.js account (@threejs) recommended the game in a post on X. What sets it apart is that moving is attacking: you defeat enemies with the loops you drift.
Who it's for: Players who enjoy tight controls and want to see what a time-limited jam entry can do.
Before you start: It runs in the browser with no sign-in, the interface is in English and you play with a keyboard; mobile support isn't stated. There's a speaker button to mute the sound. We found no code repository or licence for the game. Rating Ludum Dare entries needs a separate account.
Based on the game page, the Ludum Dare page, the author's posts on X and the official three.js account's post. Not tested by AI Inspiration World.
