What it is
Spell Cascade is a survival action game that yurukusa built in Godot 4.3. You move, aim and cast while dodging, with the goal of lasting 10 minutes and beating the boss, then carrying on into an endless mode for score. There are 10 skills, 8 supports and 40 affixes to combine, so each run can be built differently. The author, who says they aren't an engineer, made the game together with Claude Code. The jam entry says Claude Code generated the code, design and content; that is the author's own account.
Who it's for: Fans of horde-survival games who enjoy working out skill builds.
Before you start: You can play in the browser or download an optional Windows build. The page says the game is in early development, so content may change. Controls are WASD and mouse, and the page doesn't say whether phones are supported. The page text is in English and Japanese; the in-game languages aren't listed. The page gives no age rating. The author asks players to post endless-mode scores in the comments, and the page doesn't mention a built-in online leaderboard.
