What it is

Spell and Tell is a number-deduction duel by itch.io creator Ssang2, playable in the browser. Each side holds a row of spell stones numbered 0 to 11, some hidden and some revealed. You use the order to deduce your rival's hidden stones; a correct guess lets you keep going or stop, while a wrong one reveals one of yours. You climb a five-floor magic tower against five rivals and two bosses, with three spells and hints, and the creator says a run takes about 15 minutes. The creator says the code was written by Claude Code in Godot GDScript, which also simulated matches for balancing; pixel art was generated with tools such as PixelLab and then cleaned up by hand, and the music and sound effects were built in code with free sample libraries, with no audio generation model.

Who it's for: Players who enjoy deduction, tracking information and deciding when to stop.

Before you start: Free in the browser. The creator recommends PC, and phone support isn't stated. The game is in English and Korean. The page lists it as In development. Whether scores go online, the age rating and the license for the whole game aren't stated.
