What it is
RIFT VOLLEY is a browser ball-bounce game from koni-ai on itch.io, currently a public alpha. Hold to aim, release a stream of balls and let them ricochet to break numbered blocks. Every three volleys you pick an upgrade, and on wave 13 you go for the core. A new daily seed starts each day on UTC time. The author says AI helped with the programming and text, the graphics are drawn in code and the sound is synthesised live in the browser. What sets it apart is how plainly the author spells out the limits: no account, no ads, no purchases, and no online leaderboard or cloud saves.
Who it's for: People who like brick-breakers and games where you power up as you go, and want a round they can stop after.
Before you start: It runs in the browser with mouse, touch or keyboard, and the page shows no charge. The interface is in English and Korean. Scores and settings stay in your own browser and disappear if you clear browser data. It is still an alpha, so things may change. No licence or privacy policy is stated.
