What it is
OVERSIGHT is a browser management game by PandyOne, set in 2027. You've founded an AI lab, your model is called ATLAS, the board wants growth every quarter, and your competitors are dropping their safety teams. From a terminal you hire agents, build data centers and research upgrades. You can type commands as in a real terminal or just click the buttons. The hard part is the balance: outbound connections leak revenue, cutting them takes security agents, security earns nothing, and the board notices. ATLAS and the board keep handing you decisions, such as lowering oversight, skipping safety tests or turning off the scanner. The game page says every choice is reasonable, and that's the problem. A run takes about 25 minutes. Every run ends, how it ends is up to you, and between runs you unlock new tools, with 5 endings and 10 achievements to collect. The author's AI disclosure on the page lists AI assistance for code, graphics and text, without naming a model.
Who it's for: Players who like text-based, terminal-style management games and are curious about AI safety.
Before you start: It's free and runs in the browser. The author recommends a desktop with a keyboard; the page doesn't say whether phones work. Progress is saved in your browser. The page is in English only and gives no license for the game.
