What it is
Ocean Drive is a small open 3D town in the browser by @prasenx (StarKnightt on GitHub), with Miami-style seaside streets, pedestrians, cars, a minimap and a car radio. You can explore on foot or by car: WASD and the mouse to move, E or F to get into a car, C and V to change the camera, H for the horn, Q for the radio, N for the map, R to reset, and the number keys 1 to 0 to jump between locations. On X, the author says he turned his browser Miami into a "mini GTA" built with Opus 5.5; the repository's README says it was built overnight in Cursor by AI agents from the brief in PROMPT.md, with one agent building and another comparing screenshots of the city against reference photos to flag problems. The README is also candid that the checking agent didn't sign off on every part. The author makes a point of calling it a sandbox with no guns and no fighting.
Who it's for: Players who like open worlds, easy drives and seaside-town atmosphere, without any fighting.
Before you start: Opens straight in the browser with no sign-in, no payment and no ads. The interface is in English. The code includes an on-screen joystick and touch buttons, but whether it actually plays well on a phone hasn't been checked. Your car's state is saved in your own browser. "Mini GTA" is the author's comparison; it has nothing to do with the official GTA. The characters and animations come from Mixamo, plus two CC0 textures from Poly Haven, and the author says the rest is his own; the license file says MIT while the project config says ISC, so the two don't match, and the MIT license only covers the author's own code, so the Mixamo assets can't be redistributed on their own. The page doesn't give an age rating.
