What it is
Erwin's Survival is a pixel-art browser survival game that Mohammad Rafaquat Alam (GitHub: raf-xtgt) made for the WebMCP Challenge, and each run lasts three days and nights. In the morning you cut trees, gather stone, rope, herbs, berries and water, make medicine and build your base. At dusk an outside AI reads the current threat and your stock and places barricades, spikes and fires on all four sides. At night you aim with the arrow keys and fire arrows with the space bar to hold off red slimes. The author calls it real co-op: without the player the AI has nothing to place, and without the AI the player can hardly plan four sides of defence in 90 seconds. The game has no AI of its own; you connect your own AI agent, which calls the game's tools through WebMCP.
Who it's for: Players curious about teaming up with an AI who don't mind configuring experimental browser features.
Before you start: It runs in a desktop browser with an English interface and keyboard controls; we didn't see any note about phone support. For the AI to take part, the author's setup needs Chrome 146 or later with the WebMCP testing flag on, the Model Context Tool Inspector extension, and your own Google AI Studio API key, with any AI costs on you. If you'd rather not set that up, add ?debug=true to the address to simulate the AI's defences with manual buttons. Game state is sent to the AI service you connect. The author says the site is static with no back end. The code is under Apache-2.0, and the pixel art comes from several creators under their own licences. We didn't see an age rating.
