What it is
Claude, Meet Claude is a 3D web gallery by Brian Gruber (@gruberbuilds on X). Inside you'll find paintings on the walls, furniture and people strolling about; click a painting to step into it, and the About page says each of the eight Monet works opens into a scene you can walk and fly through. Drag to look around, move with WASD or by clicking the floor, press Tab for the next painting and M for the list. The site says it was made with Claude and three.js, with Tripo for the 3D models and ElevenLabs for sound and voices; on X, the author says he used Claude Opus 5.5 and three.js to build the 3D engine. The two Claudes in the title are the painter Claude Monet and the AI assistant Claude.
Who it's for: Anyone who loves Monet and the Impressionists and wants a new way to step inside the paintings.
Before you start: Opens straight in the browser with no sign-in; personal use is free and there are no ads, though the page links to another of the author's projects. The interface is in English. The work is the author's copyright: the terms say personal, non-commercial use is free, while public exhibition, commercial use, copying, rehosting or modifying it needs his written permission first. Monet's paintings are one thing and the author's scenes, models, sound and code are another; the latter don't fall into the public domain along with the paintings. The author warns that moving through 3D may cause motion sickness. Phone support hasn't been checked, and the site doesn't give an age rating.
