What it is

BEATBACK is a rhythm dodging game by zoidburghh, played in the browser. You dodge wave after wave of enemies, and your attacks fire on the beat of the music, so staying alive means keeping time. You control a glowing circle with the arrow keys, dash with space and weave past spinning obstacles. Tying the dodging to the beat is what sets it apart from other avoidance games. The AI game catalog GamesByAI records it as made with AI, and the author listed Cursor as the tool on the Vibe Jam 2026 entry form.
