What it is
YouMind is an AI workspace run by MIND MOTOR PTE. LTD.; the site calls it "your AI studio for turning inspiration into work." You bring in articles, videos, podcasts and notes, ask AI questions, connect several sources, then generate articles, slides, images, videos and web pages. The pricing page says it uses models including Claude and GPT, and paid plans add a personal creative agent that can browse, click and complete complex tasks for you, plus MCP connections to tools such as Notion, Linear and GitHub. It also runs a public prompt library, which it says holds more than 30,000 prompts for images, video and the web, readable in full without signing in. What sets it apart is that gathering sources and making finished work happen in the same workspace, so the material you've read can feed straight into what you create. It's available on the web, iOS, Android and as a Chrome extension; macOS and Windows versions are listed as coming soon.
Who it's for:students, researchers and content creators who read a lot of material and turn it into articles, slides or video.
Before you start: you need an account to use the AI features. Free users get some credits to try it, though the page doesn't say how many; the Starter, Pro and Max plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically, so check the site for prices. Pages, notes and files you save are stored in the cloud; the privacy policy names AWS and Cloudflare but doesn't say which country. Content sent to AI features goes to AI providers such as Anthropic and Google. Neither the privacy policy nor the terms clearly promise that your content won't be used to train models. The browsing agent clicks around web pages for you, and MCP connects to accounts such as Notion and GitHub, so think about what access you're granting before you connect them.
