What it is
Simplify is a job-search tool from Simplify Jobs Inc., available as a website, a Chrome extension and an iOS app. It matches you with jobs, generates and tailors resumes, drafts cover letters and offers AI mock interviews before the real thing. Its Copilot fills in application forms on job sites, and you review them and click submit yourself. There's also Autopilot, which the site says fills in application forms and submits applications for you; the agent page also mentions making warm intros to recruiters automatically. AI Inspiration World only recommends job matching, resumes, Copilot autofill and mock interviews.
Who it's for:Job seekers filling in the same details on many employer sites who want to save time on forms.
Before you start: It works through the website, the Chrome extension or the iOS app, and you must be 18 or older. AI Inspiration World doesn't recommend Autopilot: it submits applications for you, without you seeing the final version of each one. We also don't recommend having it contact recruiters without your approval each time. When you use Copilot, check every field before you submit. Your data is stored in the US and may be processed in other countries where its providers are. The privacy policy lets Simplify use your data to train and improve its own AI and matching systems, though not to let providers train general models. Your profile may also be shown to employers and recruiters it selects, including ones you haven't applied to. If you connect Gmail, it can draft or send emails when you tell it to. In an example on the site, the AI turns a vague experience into a sentence with specific numbers without saying where they came from, so check that every number is true. The site says Simplify is free for job seekers, with matching, autofill and application tracking free; the paid Simplify+ renews automatically, and prices are shown at checkout.
