Sanctuary

Sanctuary is a Chrome extension published by Chronox. You choose which sites to block and when; it tracks time spent on each site, shows reflection prompts, and greets you with a breathing pause page when you open a blocked site.

On Hacker News the author called it a free site blocker he vibe coded. The store page says it is 100% free, with no locked features, subscriptions or ads, and only optional donations.

Before you start: install it from the Chrome Web Store; it works only in Chrome, and phone support isn't stated. It needs to see the URLs you visit in order to block and time them; the developer states in the store that it doesn't collect or use your data. The site calls it open source, but we couldn't find a license or source repository. The interface is in English.
