What it is
LeadHunter AI, by Rajpalsinh Zala, is a lead-generation tool for freelancers. It finds local businesses, scores each lead, writes an outreach message, builds a demo page, contacts them by email or WhatsApp, and follows up automatically on day 3 and day 7.
It starts in DRY_RUN mode and sends nothing; the README says each outreach is approved by a person before sending. The project notes say it was built with Claude Code and Python.
Who it's for:freelancers offering services like websites or design who want a structured way to find clients. Readers who don't write code won't need it.
Before you start: you deploy it yourself (Python, FastAPI) and configure model, email and WhatsApp accounts. Business details, phone numbers and web pages go to the model, search and messaging services, and messages go out from your own accounts. Once DRY_RUN is off, it really sends marketing messages and follow-ups, so contact only businesses willing to hear from you and follow local rules on marketing messages. SerpAPI, models, WhatsApp and similar services may charge; the author doesn't give full cost details. The code is MIT licensed. The interface is in English.
