Faceoff

Faceoff is a terminal app by Vincent Grégoire. Its Textual interface shows NHL schedules, live scores, play-by-play, standings and player stats.

Once installed, you open it in a terminal and move between games and stats with the keyboard, without opening a browser. On Hacker News the author said the app was mostly vibe-coded with Claude Code over several rounds.

Before you start: it needs Python and installs with uv or pipx. Accounts, pricing and phone use aren't stated. The code is MIT licensed. The interface is in English.
