What it is
Excaliflow is an open-source whiteboard tool by Shubham Saboo, kept in his awesome-llm-apps repository. It draws Excalidraw-style hand-sketched flowcharts, can animate the connecting lines, and exports the result. You can open its HTML file directly or run a small local server with Node 18. The author says on X that he built it with Gemini 4 Argon in Antigravity. What sets it apart is that it brings hand-drawn diagrams to life, which helps when you are walking someone through a process.
Who it's for:people who explain processes or illustrate tutorials and like a hand-drawn look.
Before you start: it runs locally, so you need to open an HTML file or run Node 18; the interface is in English. Drawings and exports stay on your machine, and nothing is published automatically. We haven't audited every dependency, so we can't promise it never goes online. It uses the parent repository's Apache-2.0 license, and the subfolder adds no further restrictions.
