What it is
Agora Meeting Copilot by zicojiao brings an AI voice participant into a multi-person meeting. It receives meeting content through Agora, responds when directly addressed and can create or update tasks on a shared board. The application also produces speaker-attributed transcripts, live notes and final notes that can be downloaded as Markdown. Linking spoken discussion with board actions is the focus of this demo.
Who it's for:Teams and developers exploring how voice meetings could connect to collaborative task management.
Before you start: This demo requires Agora, OpenAI and storage configuration, with possible API charges. Meetings use microphones and video meetings also use cameras. Obtain participants’ consent before transcription or AI processing, and explain data destinations, retention and deletion. The AI can write to the board; we do not recommend connecting production work accounts or using meeting content without permission. Code uses MIT, and Chinese and English documentation are available.
